this class welcomes throwers of all skill levels - from complete beginners to those with more experience. you'll learn the basics of throwing and trimming by making mugs, bowls, and other simple forms—or if you've done this before, you can sharpen your skills with tips and guidance from our instructor.
there will be seven 3 hour classes. classes will cover centering, throwing, trimming, handle making, glazing, and more!
student tool kit will be provided and one 25-pound bag of clay is included; additional clay will be available for purchase for $35 a bag. each student will receive shelf space to store work for the class duration.

class makeup policy: we understand that sometimes life happens and you might need to miss a class. if you miss one or two sessions, you're welcome to make them up during our open studio hours on wednesdays 4-8PM.
refund policy: classes and workshops are non-refundable one week before the first class starts. full refund if canceled two weeks before first class & 1/2 refund if canceled before the one week cut-off. any refund requested before the one week cut off is subject to a $20 processing fee which will be deducted from your refund total.
