illuminate your creativity in this workshop dedicated to designing and building ceramic candelabras. you'll learn hand-building techniques, along with methods for creating balanced, functional forms that hold multiple candles.

whether you're aiming for something elegant or rustic, you’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind centerpiece that blends art and illumination. pieces will be fired by studio staff and ready to pick up ~3 weeks after the workshop.

Ages 16+ | all materials & kiln firings included | dress to get messy

instructor: Val brings over a decade of experience working in production and communal ceramics studios, with a focus on crafting functional, design-forward pieces. specializing in ceramic lighting fixtures and furniture. in the studio, he creates striking furniture, lighting, and tabletop objects that blur the line between sculpture and utility — and he brings that same thoughtful, hands-on approach to his teaching.

refund policy: classes and workshops are non-refundable one week before the first class starts. full refund if canceled two weeks before first class & 1/2 refund if canceled before the one week cut-off. any refund requested before the one week cut off is subject to a $20 processing fee which will be deducted from your refund total.
