studio membership
$150 a month
receive 24-hour access to the studio & all equipment with your own 48” by 18” shelf to store in-progress work. monthly renters must have previous experience in clay & understand the basics of working in a studio (and/or have taken a class at North Adams Clay).
there are four cone 6 clay bodies available for purchase. clay must be purchased through the clay studio for $35 per 25 lb bag unless agreed upon otherwise. clay purchases include the price of glazes & firing by studio staff.
members also get 15% off all classes and workshops at the studio.

kiln membership
$50 a month + (optional) $25 a month for glaze access
for folks who need a place to fire their work.
the studio fires to cone 6; all clay-bodies & glazes you bring in must be approved by studio staff & be rated for cone 6. there are four cone 6 clay bodies available for purchase at the studio - $35 per 25 lb bag. if you are looking to fire to another temperature please discuss with staff & accommodations may possibly be accomplished.

note: for access to studio glazes there is an additionally $25 charge/mo. first time kiln renters are welcome to try out studio glazes free for 1 month.
